Apresente-se na recepção com antecedência mínima de 05 min do horário previsto. Passaremos nas pousadas a partir do horário marcado nas atividades, mantendo uma margem de 20 min de duração nos recolhimentos. Sua ausência na recepção significará que não há interesse em participar do serviço agendado, estando ciente que não terá direito a reembolso.
Cancelamento até 24 horas antes do passeio haverá devolução de 80% do valor pago. Após este horário não haverá devolução do valor pago.
A utilização de veículos climatizados estará sujeita a disponibilidade.
