Copa Mercosur y Semana Internacional de la Vela en Paraguay 2026 -16 al 19 de Julio – CNSB – Sede Lago Azul.
La Copa Mercosur y la Semana Internacional de la Vela se celebrarán del 16 al 19 de julio en el Club Náutico San Bernardino (Sede Lago Azul).
Este evento náutico reunirá a los mejores navegantes
de la región para disputar la 5.ª fecha del Ranking Nacional de la FEPAVE y la 2.ª fecha del Ranking Internacional Guaraní.
El programa incluye cuatro intensos días de competencia en las siguientes categorías:
- Optimist
- ILCA
- Catamaranes
AUTORIDAD ORGANIZADORA
El evento es organizado por el Club Náutico San Bernardino (CNSB) y fiscalizado por la Federación
Paraguaya de Vela (FEPAVE).
1. REGLAS
1.1 Este campeonato se regirá por las reglas tal como las define el Reglamento de Regatas a Vela
(RRV) 2025–2028 de World Sailing.
1.2 Rigen los Reglamentos del Ranking Nacional FEPAVE 2026 para las Clases Optimist e ILCA, así
como el Reglamento del Ranking Internacional Guaraní 2026, que fueron distribuidos por la FEPAVE a
todos sus socios y se encuentran en el Tablero Oficial de Avisos (TOA Web). Rigen asimismo la Política
de Salvaguarda, el Reglamento de Conducta y Prevención de Abusos y el Reglamento Disciplinario de la
Federación Paraguaya de Vela (FEPAVE), en sus versiones vigentes, los cuales forman parte integrante
del régimen normativo aplicable al presente campeonato y que también se encuentran en el Tablero
Oficial de Avisos (TOA Web).
1.3 Para todas las clases, la regla 60.2 (a) (1) “Intención de Protestar” se modifica agregando: “El barco
que protesta deberá informar a la Comisión de Regatas sobre el/los barco/s protestado/s en la línea de
llegada, inmediatamente luego de llegar.”
1.4 Si existiera conflicto entre este Aviso de Regata y las Instrucciones de Regata, regirán estas últimas,
esto modifica RRV 63.5 (c) (2).

3. COMUNICACIÓN
3.1 Todos los avisos a los competidores serán publicados en el Tablero Oficial de Avisos (TOA Web).

4. ELEGIBILIDAD, INSCRIPCIÓN Y COMUNICACIÓN
4.1 El Campeonato está abierto a las siguientes clases y categorías:

● Optimist Principiantes
● Optimist Timoneles
● ILCA 4.7
● ILCA 6
● ILCA 7
● Catamaranes – Hobie Cat 14
● Catamaranes – Hobie Cat 16
● Catamaranes – LIBRE (Tabla de Portsmouth)

Disfruten del sol, de la naturaleza y de cada momento en el agua. En la vela, saber identificar las rachas, interpretar los cambios del viento y anticipar las condiciones meteorológicas marca una gran diferencia. Manténganse atentos al régimen de nubes, a las variaciones en la intensidad y dirección del viento, y a las características particulares del campo de regatas.
Quienes navegan en agua dulce deben recordar que su densidad es menor que la del agua de mar. Por ello, la embarcación se hunde ligeramente más, aumentando la resistencia al avance y exigiendo una navegación más eficiente para mantener la velocidad. Es una condición diferente a la navegación en el mar y requiere especial atención al trimado de las velas, al equilibrio de la tripulación y al aprovechamiento máximo de la fuerza del viento.
Hagan una buena largada, procuren mantenerse siempre a barlovento de la flota cuando sea posible, elijan las mejores rachas, monten la primera boya con inteligencia y mantengan la concentración hasta cruzar la línea de llegada.
Que esta competencia esté marcada por el espíritu deportivo, la amistad entre los navegantes y grandes momentos en el agua.
